We love to bring you one of a kind pieces, but we realize that sometimes thing’s just don’t look the way they do in pictures. This is why we try our best to get all possible measurements. We only offer full returns on our new product, vintage outerwear, pants, shoes, and bags. If your clothing item is really not what you expected, more damaged than expected, or just doesn’t fit, please contact us!
Return and Exchange Policy
- All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Vintage skirts, tops, dresses (we do offer exchanges for these items)
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Intimates, tights, socks, vintage clothing and final sale items
How to Make a Return or Exchange
1. Include your original invoice in your package.
2. On the front of your invoice, circle the names of the items you are returning and fill out the Return or Exchange column:
- Please return with your invoice a written form addressing why you are not satisfied with the item
3. Place your invoice, reason of return sheet, along with the item(s) in unworn condition in a securely sealed shipping container.
4. From the options below, determine the type of transaction you are making, and follow the rest of the steps.
Free Domestic Returns
Follow the steps on “How to Make a Return or Exchange,” then:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll refund your shipping fee via PayPal
- Affix the label we have at the bottom of the package back onto the package and ship it back with a copy of your shipping receipt scanned and emailed to us or in your package.
