Shipping fees and delivery times

Shoppalu offers free standard shipping to Canada and the US.  All shipping services used by Shoppalu.com provide a insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.
Days in the following table refer to business days. An additional 2-4 business day(s) processing time is required.

Your order will be shipped Standard Canada Post Service. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 10-25 business days.

Wrong address, non received items and returns

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the item.

*Orders over $100 will not be charged the Standard fee. Excludes additional shipping charges for oversized items, as noted in the item information.  Offer applies to merchandise only; taxes, gift cards, and shipping do not count toward the free shipping total.

For express delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Wednesday by 10 AM Eastern Standard Time… no express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes. Oversized Items

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO’s, FPO’s, and the Virgin Islands will ship USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on-time, shoppalu.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Additional shipping charges may be added to the Standard Shipping costs for each oversized apartment item added to your cart. This amount will be indicated in the item description and will also appear at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States and territories, APO/FPO addresses, as well as countries in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. Some items are not available for export. We are working toward providing delivery to more international addresses in the future.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO’s, FPO’s, and the Virgin Islands will ship USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited.   All of our web site prices are in CAD dollars, and the credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.

Please note that while most orders sent outside of Canada will ship from Shoppalu in about the same amount of time as orders shipping within Canada, they are subject to review by Customs upon arrival to their country of delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Shoppalu.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. These fees can vary widely from country to country.

When Will I Be Charged?

Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
